10 Day Return policy
Our 10 day return policy gives enough time to consider your purchase. If, for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return your purchase, in its original condition, within 10 days of the date of shipment, for a refund or an exchange of an equal amount or pay the difference. There is a 25% restocking charge on all returns. Only one item accepted per return.
Our Return Process
Once we receive your returned item and it is acceptable, your refund or newly selected choice of a different product will be processed in just a few days. Upon receiving your return. The item will be reviewed by our personel Department. Please note that item showing signs of wear or those that have been altered or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.
How to Prepare a Return
To return your purchased item, please follow this three step process:
1: Receive a Return Authorization code. Call our office @ 702-878-3030 in Las Vegas, Nevada to receive your code and write that code on the “OUTSIDE” of the shipping package.
2: Package your return by including all original packaging and collateral material.
3: Insurance your Package. You can ship your return via any carrier. Be sure to ship your item fully insured.
Please follow these instructions exactly, as failure to do so will prevent the processing of your return. If you have any question about return procedures, please contact us.
